    • Details of Transfer of Shares During the financial year (OPC).
    • Form MGT-7 is required to be filed within 60 days from the conclusion of AGM.

     

    • Form ADT- 1 Contains following Details
    • Filed for auditor appointment.
    • Details of auditor appointment, his tenure etc.
    • Form would be filed within 15 days from the conclusion of the AGM.
