Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of orders made shall not be entertained once the payment has been made. No refunds will be processed except in the case of cancellation or non-performance of service by itself.

However, there might be situations when refund is desired by you. Such situations may be like when you have paid for the services but later on decided not to avail them because you have changed your mind. Secondly, when there is a delay on our part in providing the services to you on time for which is solely responsible other than cases where delay is from government department or there is deficiency in the documents submitted by client. The other situation might arise when you found our services unsatisfactory. In all the aforementioned situations, you can send us an e-mail in regard to your complaint and a Ticket number/id will be generated in your name, and your complaint will be looked into deeply by the management. We do clarify that only refunds of the professional fees component of the charges paid by you shall be considered for a refund. Kindly note that the full refund will be made in the cases where delay or clients’ dissatisfaction is made out after scrutiny and professional fee will be charged as applicable where there is a change of mind.

Upon receiving your complaint, the senior management at will consider the matter and shall decide on whether your request for a refund is eligible to be processed or not. The decision of the Management will be final in case of any objection or complaint raised by you.

Further, we would like to clarify that in case of Force Majeure, or any other reasons which are beyond our reasonable control such as war, Pandemics, Flood, fire, earthquake, riots, Power/internet interruption, technical glitch, hacking, Act of God etc., shall not be liable for any refunds.

Subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, your refund request will be processed within 72 working hours in your Bank Account.

You are requested to read this policy and the terms and conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.

Although every effort is made at in providing the services as per the exact specifications and timelines mentioned against service purchased from us but still due to any reason if we are unable to provide to you the service which you purchased, than in such a case you will be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the below mentioned conditions:

  • The refund shall be only processed where there is an clear and visible discrepancy/deficiency in the service purchased from
  • Where a customer has paid for a service and thereafter requests for a refund just because of change in mind subsequent to purchase, than in such a case no refund shall be processed as there is clearly no fault of
  • Only in specific eligible cases, credit note of the payment made will be issued to the customer and thereafter such credit note can be utilized in full against some other service at
  • Where a refund request is placed within 30 (Thirty) days subsequent to purchase of service or completion of work as duly communicated to the customer, whichever is earlier, no refund request shall be entertained and processed in such a case.

Where the request for the refund has been approved by, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
