Order Cancellation
- Once payment has been made, cancellation requests from the customer will not be entertained.
- No refunds will be processed except in cases where JustStart.co.in itself cancels the order or fails to deliver the promised service.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:
- Non-Performance of Service – If the service you purchased cannot be provided by JustStart.co.in, for reasons solely attributable to us.
- Delay in Service Delivery – If there is an unreasonable delay in delivering the service for reasons solely attributable to us (excluding delays caused by government departments, client’s incomplete/incorrect documents, or third-party dependencies).
- Service Dissatisfaction – If you find our services unsatisfactory after proper review by our management.
- Other Exceptional Cases – Only as approved by our senior management after careful review.
Note:
- Refunds will be limited to the professional fees portion of the payment made.
- In case of dissatisfaction or confirmed delay caused by us, a full refund will be processed.
- If you change your mind after purchase, only the applicable professional fee may be deducted; the remaining amount may be refunded or adjusted as per management’s discretion.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
- Change of mind after purchase without any deficiency in service.
- Delay due to external factors beyond our control, such as:
- Government department delays
- Incomplete or incorrect documents from the client
- Force Majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, hacking, internet/power outages, etc.).
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase or service completion, whichever is earlier.
Credit Notes
In some eligible cases, instead of a direct refund, we may issue a credit note equivalent to the payment made. This credit note can be fully redeemed against any other service at JustStart.co.in.
Refund Process
- Submit your refund request via email, clearly stating the reason.
- A ticket number/ID will be generated for your case.
- Our senior management will review the matter and decide eligibility. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed and confirmed via email.
Timelines
- Eligible refund requests will be processed within 72 working hours of approval.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, the credited amount may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
Refund Policy – Virtual Office Services
At Juststart, we are committed to delivering Virtual Office services with transparency and professionalism. This Refund Policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds, if any, will be issued.
1. Payment & Service Activation
- Full payment is collected upfront.
- Services are deemed activated upon issuance of Virtual Office documents (e.g., NOC, Agreement, Utility Bill).
2. No Refund After Service Activation
- Once Virtual Office documents are issued and service is activated, no refund will be processed under any circumstances, including partial usage of the service.
3. GST Registration Outcomes
- We provide the Virtual Office address and necessary documents in compliance with GST laws.
- Approval or rejection of GST registration is solely at the discretion of the GST authorities.
- No refund will be provided if GST registration is rejected due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect client documentation
- Mismatch in details provided
- Legal disqualification under GST laws
- Any reason attributable to the client’s circumstances
4. Pre-Issuance Refunds
- Cancellation before issuance of Virtual Office documents will be eligible for a 50% refund, after deducting any third-party or government costs incurred.
5. Administrative Costs
- Approved refunds will be processed after deducting a nominal administration fee to cover processing and documentation costs.
6. Service Misuse
- If the Virtual Office address is found to be used for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes, the service will be terminated immediately without refund, and legal action may be taken.
7. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
- All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
